Easy Chicken Curry

1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 red pepper
1 tbsp curry paste
2 chicken breasts
Tin tomatoes
Tin lentils (or chickpeas)
Chicken stock


Fry onion & garlic
Add curry paste

Add chicken
Once cooked, add red pepper
Add tin of tomatoes, stock & lentils.

Simmer for as long as necessary (about 20-30 mins)
